The NYPD has closed its investigation into claims that 72nd Precinct Deputy Inspector Emmanuel Gonzalez ordered police to shoot rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent ’on sight.’ According to the New York Daily News, the commanding officer did not mean any malice when he made the statement about 50, and as a result, they’ve decided not to move forward with any departmental or criminal charges.
