President Obama interrupted his televised press conference Friday to give directions to the White House doctor for a female journalist who fell ill.
The woman was able to get up and, with the assistance of other journalists in the room, was escorted outside the White House briefing room to the nearby doctor.
The president’s personal doctor is Rear Admiral Ronny L. Jackson, a Navy doctor.
