Andrew Wiggins, freshman guard for the Kansas Jayhawks declared for the NBA draft on Monday. Surrounded by family, friends and his college coach Bill Self, Wiggins announced he will be making his departure to the league after only one year of college basketball. The move was not surprising one, simply because Mr. Wiggins is projected to be the number one pick in the next NBA Draft. And what sane person would turn down millions of dollars to play a game; only to play the same game for free?
