People charged with the killing of FBG Duck are allegedly from the Infamous “O Block” in Chicago

Five people have been charged with the killing of Chicago rapper FBG Duck. Those suspects are Marcus Smart, 22, Charles Liggines, 30, Kenneth Robertson, 28, Tacarlos Offered, 30 and Christopher Thomas, 22. Each individual has been labeled as members of what federal officials called the “O Block” gang.
