Pimp Chronicles: Is Social Media Turning Women into Hoes and Hoes into Goddess?

Saying all that, I now want to ask why would a woman dress and behave in a way that would give her an unwanted label? The truth is, that some women want that attention. Plus there are some women out there who are actually promoting sexual favors in exchange for currency and other means to come up (also known as selling pussy). Then there are some women who are truly proud of their bodies and simply want to show people that they look good.

Considering all those factors, I also have another theory. I feel like there is a high voltage of energy promoted towards sex in our society. I also feel like there is a newfound elevated spotlight place on women who are sexually suggestive or behave like hoes. Of course, this is no fault to the women who benefit from this shine. Nor is it any shade toward the women who feel like they have the right to do whatever they want with their bodies without being judged. In other words, as they would say, don’t hate the player; hate the game.

I get it, and I’m not knocking anyone’s hustle or trying to condemn anyone’s freedom of expression. What I’m pointing out is the energy in society and on social media towards women being “sexually free” is blurring the lines between who is a hoe and who is not a hoe. It is also redefining the rules of the game.  It used to be common knowledge that you can’t turn a hoe into a housewife. Now dudes are taking chicks straight out the strip club and putting a ring on their finger. This behavior from men, creates a reaction from women, consciously or subconsciously, who don’t strip or do anything remotely close to it behave in that manner. That’s why you see an uptick in women who want to take pole dancing classes. That’s why you see a rise in women getting breast and ass implants.

The energy I speak on makes women want to conform. It creates an imbalance that is prevalent throughout our culture. It penetrates through the Hip Hop culture and gives us rappers like Cardi B, City Girls, Megan Thee Stallion, and Nicki Minaj. Which is fine, I will bump their music, the same way I used to bump Lil Kim and Foxy Brown. On the other hand, I could also listen to Eve, Queen Latifah and Lauryn Hill.
