The 2016 movie Hidden Figures is in the development stages of becoming a series on Nat Geo. According to Variety.com, the series will be executive produced by Peter Chernin and Jenno Topping of Chernin Entertainment, and National Geographic will also be a part producer. The movie starred, Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monáe, Kevin Costner, Kirsten Dunst, and Jim Parsons. It also was nominated for three Academy awards.
