When it rains it pours for R. Kelly. Prosecutors in New York City are charging Kelly with using a “fraudulent identification document” to marry his protégé Aaliyah back in 1994. The new charged are in addition to racketeering, kidnapping forced labor and sexual exploitation, that he is already facing in Brooklyn. The 52-year-old is being held without bond and will go to Chicago in April to stand trial on child pornography charges and obstruction of justice charges before he goes back to Brooklyn to stand trial there.
