R. Kelly’s Attorney thinks he should be Release from Prison because he ‘likely’ has Diabetes and is a High Risk for COVID19

For the third time, attorneys for R. Kelly have requested he be released from prison. This time attorneys Steve Greenberg and Michael Leonard claim that it is ‘likely’ that R. Kelly has diabetes and is at high risk to catch the COVI19 virus. They sent a seven page letter to Judge Ann Donnelly on Wednesday accusing officials at the Metropolitan Correction Center of playing “Russian roulette” with the singers health. “

The Government, once again, attempts to prop up and excuse the failed actions of the MCC Chicago in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic,” the letter stated, in part. “Defending the MCC Chicago is getting harder and harder to do, and the Government’s attempts to vouch for it ignores the facts.” To read more about this story click here.
