President Trump’s plan to deport immigrants who commit crimes may have hit a snag. The US Supreme Court agreed with a 2015 Federal Appeals Court ruling that removal of non-citizens who commit certain felonies was too vague. The appeals court based their decision on a 2015 US Supreme Court ruling which basically said the same thing. The recent decision ended in a 5-4 vote, with Trump’s conservative judge appointee Neil Gorsuch siding with the liberal judges in the ruling. To read more about this story click here.
