Should breakfast be skipped or nah!

The debate has been going on for quite some time now.  Let’s put it to rest once and for all, should one eat breakfast or should one just skip it?  Well, breakfast is a very important meal but through research, I can’t find anything that shows that as a meal it’s more important than any of the other meals for adults.
