Back in the early 2000s, Chappelle’s Show ran a now-legendary sketch about the E! True Hollywood Story of James, as told by Charlie Murphy and re-enacted by Chappelle as James. It remains one of Chappelle’s most memorable sketches, which produced such lines as “Cocaine is a hell of a drug,” “I’m Rick James, Bitch,” and “Fuck your couch.”
