Southern California Kills 15 People and Leaves Authorities “Unclear” On How Many People Are Still Missing

The National Weather Service reported that 5.5 inches of rain fell in a deadly storm in Southern California. The result was a mudslide that has left 15 people dead and hundreds more that are missing.
