This is the second time that shots have been fired near the filming of a music video from Tekashi 69. Back in August of this year, several rounds were fired in Brooklyn while Tekashi that featured 50 Cent. The shooting can’t be considered just accidental or coincidental. Tekashi has garnered the well deserved reputation of being a master at trolling and woofing. Most recently he got into an argument with members of California rapper YG entourage. This comes after a long list of conflicts on the internet with well known entertainment celebrities from cities around the country. So it is not surprising that he goes to do something in their city, there is going be a problem.
My question is it worth the hassle to be the bad guy when it puts your life in danger? Not to mention the people associated with you and the people who are trying to work with you. Yes it does keeps his name in the headlines, but unlike the entertainment business, the streets are real. Tekashi might think his antics are fun and harmless; but there are obviously in real life who take it seriously. Not sure if it’s youth, bravery, ignorance or just plain stupidity that makes Tekashi thinks he can agitate people with no consequences. Regardless of the circumstances, he needs to realize what may happen, before it’s too late.
