NYC rapper Tekashi69 landed from his European tour and was placed in handcuffs. The colorful artist was arrested on outstanding warrant for choking a 16-year old boy in Houston. The incident occurred in January in Galleria mall when the victim Santiago Albarran was confronted by Tekashi for recording him. Albarran said that Tekashi choked him and held him down until he deleted the video. To read more about this story click here.
