The recent craze over Popeyes Chicken Sandwich has reached a new height or a new low. A Tennessee man has filed a lawsuit against the restaurant because it ran out of chicken sandwiches. Craig Barr has claimed that Popeyes is engaging in “false advertising” and “deceptive business practices by an entity to the public.” Barr said he had rim and tire damage that totaled $1,500 after driving around looking to find a restaurant with the sandwich. According to NBC News, Popeyes didn’t comment, but a court date has been set on October 28th. To read more about this story click here.
