The unit’s members sold the drugs they seized to another drug trafficker and escorted drug loads, said prosecutors.
Four of the men pleaded guilty to one count of drug conspiracy while the fifth man pleaded guilty to cocaine possession charge for escorting the drug loads.
If convicted, the men will face sentences between 10 years to life in prison.
