Former Empire actor Jussie Smollet has filed a counter lawsuit against the City of Chicago that states authorities “maliciously” prosecuted him after he alleged that he was attacked. There has been ongoing saga with the Jussie Smollett and the City of Chicago that started January 29th when Smollett said two men beat him up at a train station.
