The Skinny on Wine

Since alcohol has been getting much press lately I wanted to explore the choice of drink for many of my clients, and that is wine.  Red and white wine are the most popular drinks in the U.S. according to polling, recently surpassing beer.  Studies show that wine especially can be beneficial to health, particularly in decreasing the risks of cardiovascular complications and heart failure.  One of the major reasons for this is that wine drinkers were shown to eat healthier and slower than other alcohol drinkers.
