True Blood Star Nelson Ellis cause of death was revealed in a statement released via the Reporter. It is reported that Ellis died from alcohol withdrawal after trying to kick his addiction. In the statement, it was revealed that the 39 year old actor had been battling with drug and alcohol abuse for many years.
