Yesterday 14-year-old model Molly O’Malia held a press conference alleging Tyga made her feel uneasy with his ongoing texts and attempted FaceTime calls. With attorney Gloria Allred by her side O’Malia wept as she described the exchanges between her and the Cali rapper, claiming when it came to her singing aspirations, “he did not mention that in his initial communication.”
Tyga’s manager, Anthony Martini, spoke to TMZ in his defense and stated his client did in fact contact O’Malia, but it was strictly for business purposes. They reportedly planned to sign her to Tyga’s Last Kings Records after noticing her significant social media following. Tyga claims their conversation was “completely PG” and he only FaceTimed her to hear her sing while he was in the studio with his producers. TMZ also obtained the text messages in question, and according to them Molly O’Malia told Tyga she was 17 years old at the time.
