Norma, an Israeli citizen is taking Shyla abroad on a vacation on March 27th. Tyrese believes she doesn’t plan on coming back, according to TMZ.
The possibility is very real because Israeli law indicates Norma can reside there permanently. If that happens Tyese can’t do anything to get his daughter back because Israel won’t interfere in custody cases.
The singer and actor attempted to get his ex to sign paperwork stating she will return with Shyla, but Norma refused.
Tyrese has now filed legal documents in an attempt to prevent Norma from taking the trip.
