NBA player Jordan Clarkson not only does good things on the basketball court, he also assists in the community as well. A local food truck in Salt Lake City, Utah called Yum Yum was vandalized with graffiti. The owners who are Asians got their truck sprayed with Anti-Asian slurs.
Clarkson who is native of San Antonia, but plays for the Utah Jazz stepped in and helped out after seeing the pictures circulate online.
It hurt me deeply to see that Salt Lake’s @yumyumasian food truck was recently vandalized – I know the pain that hateful language and racism causes. With help from @identitygraphix we’ll be able to restore the truck and hopefully lift Ben and his family’s spirit!! #StopAsianHate pic.twitter.com/HLfzX7AaEc
