Running and walking are the most popular forms of cardio/exercise for American adults.  Both running & walking will help promote weight loss, improve your sleep, elevate your mood, boost your energy level, decrease blood pressure and cholesterol levels and decrease the risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.  With this being No More Jiggle July and everyone performing an hour of cardio (Monday-Friday) which one is actually better running or walking?  The answer is; what are you trying to accomplish?
