Mehta was arrested for public drinking, and allegedly spewed threatening messages of violence to the officers as they hauled her away in a patrol car.
“Y’alls’ daughters are dead. Y’all families will be dead by Christmas,” she reportedly screamed. “My dad is going to find out about this, and y’all are (expletive) dead. D-E-A-D.”
She was released from jail Sunday after posting $10,738 bond.
Mehta works professionally as both a photographer and model under the name Max McIntyre. Her Instagram account has more than 14,000 followers.
Meanwhile, her sister told WFAA that Mehta believes her drinks were unknowingly spiked at the wedding.
“She said she went outside, and she said these two men tried to approach her and do inappropriate things,” the sister said. “And she said she was yelling and trying to get help, and things got turned around in a negative way.”
