In 1996, Willie Lloyd was linked to every murder that occurred in an entire police district. The 64 year old former leader of the Unknown Vice Lords a Chicago street gang died Monday in Minnesota.Although Lloyd was known for being a ruthless gang leader; he changed his life around. Upon his final release from prison in 2001, Lloyd participated with non-violent and anti-gang organizations throughout the city of Chicago.
