The woman responsible for putting a father of two in critical condition with a gunshot to the head during a Facebook Live recording gone wrong has reportedly bonded out of jail. Cassandra Damper appeared in court on Tuesday, April 3, to face a judge for tampering with evidence after she was apprehended in the shooting of Devyn Holmes in Houston on Easter Sunday.
