The woman, Donnetta Derr, has now hired a law firm to represent her case against the mogul rap star, The Lox and the venue, TMZ reports.
Issues between Derr and 50 were thought to be resolved after he later brought her onstage to twerk.
Derr reportedly went to hospital to get treatment for injuries sustained from the punch.
