Do you remember the movie Half Baked where Dave Chappelle was the janitor at a laboratory that did research on pot? Reading about Michelle Larson, Minnesota’s new Director of the Office of Medical Cannabis makes me think about that movie. Her job is to oversee two medical marijuana manufacturers that are picked by a state panel. To her, it’s probably just a job, but to Dave Chappelle’s character and myself; it is a dream come true.
