Brett Favre is deflecting the blame for his alleged role in Mississippi Welfare Scandal and wants to be removed from the Lawsuit

Earlier this year, Brett Favre made headlines when his name was brought up in the largest welfare fraud case in Mississippi history. The hall of fame quarterback is one of 38 defendants in a lawsuit brought by the Mississippi Department of Human Services alleging a huge amount of welfare funds were misused.
