The spirit of God is given for correcting you with the truth.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness” (Timothy II 3:16)
“Thou gavest also thy good spirit to instruct them” (Nehemiah 9:20)
Why are people falling all out in the church causing a scene so that we might think they caught the Holy Ghost? I think it’s time to save the theatrical show.
“But they rebelled, and vexed his Holy Spirit; therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and fought against them” (Isaiah 63:10)
So I don’t think you can catch the Holy Ghost because it’s not running from you.
