R&B star Chris Brown will not have to appear in court on Monday, Nov. 25 in Washington D.C. Superior Judge Robert Tignor declared that Brown won’t be required to travel to Washington from Los Angeles, where he is currently in rehabilitation for his anger issues. He is facing a misdemeanor assault charge stemming from an altercation in October involving the singer and two men who interrupted as he was trying to take a photo with fans.
