Atlanta will toast the new year with Janelle Monáe. The singer-songwriter will headline the 25th anniversary Peach Drop on New Year’s Eve at Underground Atlanta. Monae will play the Main Stage at on Upper Alabama Street at 11 p.m. Dec. 31.
