It seems like every day the rapper Da Baby is in a controversial situation. This time the North Carolina artist is facing legal problems. According to @tmz_tv, DaBaby has been charged with felony battery by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office over an incident that went down in December last year. The charges stem from an alleged attack on a man during a music video shoot. The alleged victim, Gary Pagar, was left with serious injuries.
