Metropolitan Police Chief on Suspect in D.C Shooting: “There are a lot of things we need to know that we don’t know”

Officials are still trying to piece things together following a mass shooting last week from a fifth-floor apartment in Washington D.C. A suspected gunman injured four people when he randomly let off more than 200 rounds of ammunition, authorities said Monday. The suspect, Raymond Spencer, 23, is alleged to have three fully automatic rifles in the apartment.
