New Jersey Police pays man $10 Million Dollars for Paralyzing him but won’t publicly admit to any Wrongdoing

Back in 2014, three police officers stomped and beat Xavier Ingram to the point that it left him paralyzed from the neck down. Camden County police officers Antonio Gennetta, Jeremy Merck, and Mark Marchiafava were doing a “sweep” at Ingram’s apartment complex in June 2014. They allegedly found a gun outside of his apartment and assumed it belong to Ingram.
