Random Thoughts from Big Bear
- Random Thought #6. Just because there is a shift in weather in your city and you took the time to look at the ancient Mayan Calendar doesn’t mean the world is going to end. Most of the end time prophecy is located in the Bible in the Book of Revelation. A lot of what these preachers predict is based on things that are said in the Bible. So my suggestion is to read the Bible, pray, take things day by day. Life’s too short to be worried about Y2K and that other nonsense. Fear God not man, in that order.
- Random Thought #7. I wonder if Obama wins reelection will black folks be out in the street partying again.
- Random Thought #8. I also wonder can Min. Farrakhan still still summon a million black men to Washington DC. That would be cool if we can unite like that again, formulate a plan and then implement that plan in our communities. That’s probably too much like right, but if he can’t do it maybe you or I can one day.
