I do understand that even without Rose and other key players that the Bulls have made this a close and competitive series. But to think that adding these players all of sudden against a team that has been cohesive and rolling for much of the year gives you a decisive chance of winning will be a case of blind faith; furthermore, the speculation and circus that surrounds his return before and after every game is absurd and disrespectful to the fans of the Chicago Bulls and the NBA.
How about releasing a statement saying that Derrick Rose will not play this season instead of making it a game day decision before every game. Each game the Chicago Bulls players and Coach Thibodeau are bombarded with questions regarding the star player and they give stupid answers like, “whenever he is ready” or “he is just not mentally ready yet”……well no duh!
Anyone with one working eye and watches the young lad in a suit each game can see HE IS NOT READY TO COME BACK! We only get hope of a Rose return when the Chicago Bulls organization, Rose included gives us a lame possibility of him stepping on the floor. In the words of the great Chuck D from the rap group Public Enemy, “Shut it down”.
