Jesus said follow him and keep his commandments to get from under this curse for disobedience. Black men and women need to follow Jesus to get rid of this curse. Otherwise, the racial profiling and murders  in black communities will not cease

In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. (Deuteronomy 30:16)

They put young white policeman straight out of college into high crime black neighborhoods, without giving them any ethnic culture knowledge of black peoples ways. Not to mention, the media stereotype Black people, which makes police fearful and gives police an aggressive gunplay mentality. Therefore they are quick to make bad judgments on life and death situations.

As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come. (Proverbs 26:2)
