They’re Playing Basketball

Shooting Guards

Dwayne Wade (MIAMI HEAT): Even though Kobe Bryant has more rings and is currently leading the league in scoring; I have to put D-Wade in my starting lineup. He is a better defender than Kobe, a more efficient scorer and equally reliable clutch player in the fourth quarter 2011-2012 stats: (19.6 ppg 5.4 apg 4.3 rpg)

Kobe Bryant (LOS ANGELES LAKERS):  Hard to put up an argument against the “Black Mamba.” After 16 seasons in the league, Kobe Bryant may become the oldest player ever to average over 30 points a game. Showing no signs of slowing down, Bryant has long ago cemented his spot as the second best player to ever play the two guard position.  2011-2012 stats: (31.2 ppg 5.5 apg 5.8 rpg)

Small Forwards

Lebron James (MIAMI HEAT):  “King” James has got a lot of criticism from his disappearance during big moments in games. Despite the knocks he receives from having no rings on his fingers; Lebron has put up hall of fame numbers throughout his career. 2011-2012 stats: (29.3 ppg 6.5 apg 7.7rpg)

Carmelo Anthony (NEW YORK KNICKS):  One of the unstoppable offense forces in the game. Another is

Kevin Durant who got edge out by “Mello” for the backup slot. Although Durant is just as deadly when it comes to putting the ball in the basket; Anthony is a better rebounder and passer. . 2011-2012 stats: (27.0 ppg 3.6 apg 7.0 rpg)
