Waka Flocka Confirms ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ Role

Tami ReTweeted fans confirming the news and adding, “Cats out the bag.” Waka would not confirm how much his lady is receiving to be on the show but rumors have reported as much as $500k.

Waka also took the chance to throw some shots at his former mentor Gucci Mane in the interview. He said that the rift between the old friends started because of jealousy, especially when Waka got bigger than him. “I be seeing that mess with his ego,” shared the “Round of Applause” rapper.

Waka said he has no ill will towards Gucci, although he does want him to be released from his contract, which Gucci tried to auction off on Twitter recently. “He ain’t trying to get rid of that contract. I want him to eat though. I don’t want him out like a bum. But Gucci lost his noodles. He really needs medical attention,” said Waka.

At the end of the day, Waka does not want to inflict any bodily harm on his former bff but wouldn’t mind shaking him up if the opportunity arises. “I just want to slap him a couple of times like a little big brother,” he said.

The two former friends have had a major, very public falling out. This year, Waka explained on “RapFix Live” that he’ll “never” do music again with him. Gucci labeled Waka “disloyal” but Waka is not sure what exactly happened. “I don’t know. Honest to God truth, I don’t know because I’m the loyalist person you could ever see. I took on a man’s beef, risked my life, hung out the window, risked my freedom. I never backed in a corner,” Waka said.
