It is believed that she is the goddess of the dawn and was worshiped in the spring by pagans in Northern Europe and the British Isles. The goddess Eostre represents the forces, and powers of rebirth and fertility of the earth. The celebration of the goddess can also be traced to the origins of the so-called Christian celebration of Easter.
It is a proclamation decreed by gentiles.
“But I say, that the things which the gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God, and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils; ye cannot be partakers of the Lords table, and the table of devils.” (Corinthians 10:20-21)
This is a custom of man created by man. It is in the bible one time, (Acts 12:4) but it was not a day kept by the Christians in that day. It’s a plot to deceive you into thinking that Jesus rose on Sunday. That’s why they call it Easter Sunday.
