Disneyland Tickets That Are ‘Invalid’ Being Sold on Craigslist, LAPD Warns

In the third reported case this year, which occurred on St. Patrick’s Day, the victim contacted the seller on Craigslist and arranged a meeting. On May 9, that person attempted to use the tickets at Disneyland and was advised by security that the tickets had not been activated and were not valid, according to the release.

The victim in the third case contacted the seller again and scheduled a meeting to get their money back, but the man did not show up.

Three other instances of invalid tickets being purchased from the same Craigslist seller were reported in November 2013, according to LAPD.
