That claim could also be a result of me being in the Bay Area for a couple months and having a little more exposure to Oakland Raiders games. I’m not sure. What I do know is that Khalil Mack is a beast. I am aware that three time Defensive Player of the Year JJ Watt is hurt this year and that makes a difference in my opinion. Plus it is true that last year’s Super Bowl MVP Von Miller leads the NFL in sacks this year. However I defer to football analyst Chris Collinsworth who mentioned during the game that you can’t just look at the stats when analyzing Khalil Mack.

So trying to say which one is better is like comparing apples and oranges. If the award goes to Von Miller I would understand why; but if I had a vote, I would go with Khalil Mack.
