The 14 year age difference aside, the dancer and the entertainment mogul’s relationship seemed picture perfect until they announced in March last year their romance was over.
However, in a new interview with Redbook, the 25-year-old confessed it was actually a case of it’s not you, it’s me.
The Safe House star told the magazine that until her new relationship, with hockey player Brooks Laich, she has held back.
The 25-year-old said: ‘Every relationship, there was nothing wrong or bad, but there was nothing right.
‘I had one foot out because I didn’t want to get hurt. And I didn’t say what was on my mind because I didn’t want to ruffle any feathers.’
