Amanda Ramirez is being charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter after she is being charged her identical twin sister Anna Ramirez. The 27-year-old said she got into an argument with her sister and allegedly stabbed her in the chest. She was taken into custody to Camden County Correctional Facility.
