The Tacoma City Attorney’s Office originally refused to press criminal charges against Jeremy when the woman, who is only being identified as “K.B.” claimed that he sexually assaulted her at a radio station promo event.
According to the new civil suit obtained by TMZ, K.B. alleges that Jeremy assaulted her four times in the same day.
K.B. says she agreed to let Jeremy sign her breasts, but she claims Jeremy pulled down her shirt, reached under her bra and “violently groped” her breast. She also claims that the former adult movie regular squeezed her butt during a selfie, sucked on the back of her neck and pushed his finger inside her through her underwear. She says the last assault happened when she tried leaving, Jeremy allegedly pulled down her shirt again and sucked on her exposed nipple.
The unidentified woman is suing for an undisclosed amount in damages. She claims that she’s suffered from PTSD because of the incident and even alleges that she miscarried a baby due to the stress from the assault.
