The event, titled Celebration 2017, will serve as a mega-concert tribute to the Purple Rain star.
Scheduled to perform are Prince’s former bands The Revolution and 3RDEYEGIRL, as well as Morris Day and The Time, and members of his backing band The New Power Generation.
General admission prices for Celebration 2017 will start at $499 (£402) and will be available online – as will four day VIP passes at $999 (£902).
These include on-site parking, photo and autograph opportunities as well as a meal pass.
Organisers said the event “will honour and celebrate the life and legacy of Prince, as the world marks the first anniversary of his passing”.
“Bringing together musicians, creative personnel, special guests and friends who worked closest with Prince and knew him best,” they added.
“These four days will feature live music, panel discussions and presentations on Prince’s tremendous talent, influence and importance as a composer, musician, producer, live performer and filmmaker.”
Prince died of an accidental overdose of the painkiller fentanyl at Paisley Park last April.
His home and recording complex in suburban Minneapolis opened as a museum last month.
Celebration 2017 will be held from 20 to 23 April.
