The notice was filed Tuesday for Kelly’s home in Duluth, Ga., after the singer didn’t pay rent for about two months (yes, the rent runs $11,542.45).
Criminal charges are expected to be filed due to damage done to the suburban-Atlanta property, which Kelly alleged was burglarized late last year.
The Daily Mail reports that the home looks abandoned, but prior to the burglary, which Kelly spoke about on video, it was allegedly the site of a “sex cult” where the singer held women (they were all reportedly over age 18), compelling them to provide sex on demand. If they did not comply, they were reportedly denied food.
The women say they’re there of their own free will. But many of their family members allege that the 51-year-old singer has brainwashed them.
There are currently no criminal charges pending against the alleged sexual predator, aside from those related to the Georgia house.
