The execution of Daniel Lewis Lee has been delayed by judge

A US judge has delayed the execution of Daniel Lewis Lee hours before it was scheduled to take place. Judge Tanya Chutkan cited unresolved legal challenges against the US Justice Department as the reason she delayed the execution. Lee was convicted of killing an Arkansas family of three in 1996. If everything goes as planned; he would be the first federal execution in 17 years. To read more about this story click here.
