The NFL has been surrounded by a whole lot of controversy this season. Most of the turmoil has stemmed from former NFL player Colin Kaepernick’s decision to take a knee during the National Anthem before games. There has been a domino effect from his protest that has had every one and they mama formulate an opinion on the matter. Since he took a knee, Kaepernick has lost his job, started a movement and received the award for 2017 Man of the Year.
